Order cancellation

Free Resolution

The customer has the right to terminate the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

When terminating the contract within the legal deadline, in addition to returning the product, the customer must return any offers that accompany the main product. An internal analysis of the product will be carried out and a voucher will be issued for the value of the product, which can be discounted on any online purchase. If the customer wishes, they can exchange the item for another, or if none of the previous cases are to their liking, we will reach an agreement to refund the amount.
